Product Description

H801 is a High Rub Matt UV-Curable  Varnish for papers ,cardboards , labels ,Corona pre-treated PP film, Corona pre-treated PE film and metallised PET film printing.  Super rub ,super matt and anti-scratch ,Suited printing inline and offline.
 
 

Substrate:	Varnishing of coated papers and cardboards for packaging as well as collapsible boxes and labels Suited for Corona pre-treated PP film, Corona pre-treated PE film and metallised PET film
Application Equipment:	Coating machine with anilox or roller system. The machine should be adapted to work with the UV materials, including rollers and hoses. The lamps and reflectors should be clean and changed regularly in order to cure UV-varnish properly
Film thickness:	3-10g/m2 , strongly depends on the absorbency of the substrate.
